The role of the Fire Company Relief Board of Directors is to oversee the affairs of the fire company and ensure that the organization operates in a manner that is both beneficial to its members and compliant with legal and ethical standards. 

The board members are responsible for:

• Managing the financial aspects of the fire company, including budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring proper use of funds.

• Ensures the Fire Company is complaint with state, federal laws and regulations.

• Providing support and guidance to the fire company's members, including training, resources, and advocacy for their rights and needs.
