Knox Box Program

The Horsham Fire Company supports the use of the Knox Box system to enhance emergency response efficiency and property protection throughout the community. This program is designed to provide first responders with secure, immediate access to buildings during emergencies - without causing unnecessary damage or delay.


What Is a Knox Box?

A Knox Box is a secure, tamper-resistant key vault installed on the exterior of a building. It contains keys, access cards, or other critical entry tools that allow fire and EMS personnel to quickly enter a property during an emergency.

Only authorized emergency responders can access the Knox Box using a master key controlled by the fire department.

How the Knox Box System Works
